Mental Health Care in the Nova Contagem

The project is intended to create a program to be developed in the Nova Contagem community of approximately ninety thousand inhabitants, in which 90% of these are directly served by the SUS. The proposal is to complement the SUS service, offering primary health care, monitoring of chronic diseases and continuous health monitoring, through screening, mapping of the main health needs of the population, provision of preventive health and coordination of health care.

The project will be executed through the use of a technological platform that connects to the SUS system, providing a data interoperability structure with blockchain security, among many other features available in the Citizen, Health Professional, Telemedicine and Continuity of Care modules. , helping the process for capturing and maintaining data and managing citizen health information.

In addition, the project also consists of making physical structures available in phygital format (physical + digital/remote) to offer more access to healthcare anywhere (anywhere healthcare).
