Digital Health Center in the Isidoro Favela, Belo Horizonte

An innovative project that unites Technology and Health by providing a phygital health structure (in person + digital care, which includes telemedicine) in the mobile health format (mobile health units) to increase access in areas of social vulnerability with low or zero access to quality health services based on existing technological advances.

The technology part takes place through an interoperability platform that enables the care journey by integrating clinical, diagnostic and exam data for a better indication of conduct and clinical outcome.
